Paul Hoilman is a Partner at First Covenant Trust & Advisors, where he provides strategic guidance on the firm’s operations and business development. With over four years of prior experience as its Vice President of Operations, he also served on the board, the trust committee, and as a trust officer, bringing deep institutional knowledge to the team.

Paul contributes insights on Bitcoin in support of Covenant’s Bitcoin trust services, provided through a partnership with Onramp for secure custody solutions, drawing on his knowledge of the asset and Onramp’s MIC Solution. His background includes extensive experience in financial planning, insurance planning, estate planning, and wealth management, having previously held Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) credentials. 

Outside of his strategic role at Covenant, Paul serves as Chief Operating Officer at LPI, the largest hot tub manufacturer and retailer in the US, where he oversees day-to-day operations and drives operational excellence and growth. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from East Tennessee State University.
